Based off the book Polar Bear's Underwear by Tupera Tupera
We get Polar Bear dressed for the day with all his clothes starting with his underwear.
Then I hand out Polar Bear's laundry for the kids to help me sort. I have socks, pants, shirts, and of course, underwear.
Then I'll call out an item of clothing and if the kids have that item they can come put it on the flannel board.
At the end, we count how many of each item we have and discuss which one we have the most and least of.
